30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to new orders of Naturopath Pro and Starter Packages. You will receive a refund of your setup and hosting fee, if you are not completely satisfied.
The Fine Print
- The Satisfaction Guarantee starts on the date your initial order is placed. You must request your refund within 30 days of your initial order.
- Refunds will only be made to the same credit card account used for the purchase.
- The refund does not apply to custom services, such as copywriting, marketing consultation or logo design.
- Domain names are subject to a $11.00 per year domain registration fee. This registration fee cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable; however, you can transfer your domain name to a new provider after 60 days.
Email - NO SPAM POLICY
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail in any form, without limitation, from one of our servers - or referring to an e-mail address or domain that is maintained by us in such an e-mail, is STRICTLY prohibited - and will result in your account being terminated.
Domain Names
Domain Names registered through Smartflex Solutions must follow the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy as approved by ICANN.
Account Ownership
You are responsible for maintaining security of your password. We will not change passwords to any account without satisfactory proof of identification, this may include written authorization with signature.
In the event of a breach of security through the Account Holder’s account, the Account Holder will be liable for any unauthorized use of services, including any damages resulting therefrom, until the Account Holder notifies Smartflex Solutions Customer Service department.
Unacceptable Use
All services and media provided by us may be used for lawful purposes only.
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Web Site Content and Files
You are responsible for maintaining a complete and current copy of their your website’s content.
We will delete all data, files, or other information in your account, if your account is terminated, for any reason, by either us our you.
Limited Liability
We will make every good faith effort to ensure that our services are available with as little interruption of service as possible.
We do not warrant that our service will be 100% uninterrupted or error free.
Use of our services is at your sole risk.
In no circumstance will Smartflex Solutions, its employees, or its affiliates be liable for any claims, any action either direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, or any damages either punitive or alleged to have resulted, including loss of profits, from the use of or inability to use Smartflex Solutions services, from service interruptions, from customer errors or problems with their Internet
connectivity, from unauthorized access to Smartflex Solutions hosting services, from communication failure, from bandwidth congestion or interruptions, or from acts of God.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
System and Network Abuse
Any attempt to undermine, compromise the security of, or otherwise cause harm to any or our equipment or customer accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of your account.

Credit Card Charges
Service is automatically billed to your credit card by “Smartflex Solutions” unless paid in advance.

- Returned Check; $50
- Credit Card Chargeback; $50
